Grace Magee

Grace Magee is a Clinical Research Assistant in the Department of Neurosurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Paralysis Center.

She graduated from Boston University in 2025 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and is currently completing a Master of Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University School of Medicine. Since joining the Paralysis Center in 2021, Grace has contributed to operative research projects characterizing peripheral nerve and nerve transfer procedures performed by Dr. Brown, as well as longitudinal outcomes studies evaluating patient recovery and functional restoration following surgery. Her research experience spans peripheral nerve surgery, functional neurosurgery, and neuroengineering. Grace is passionate about neuroscience, neurosurgery, and academic medicine.
