Rebecca Golts
Rebecca Golts is an undergraduate student at Northeastern University pursuing dual degrees in Behavioral Neuroscience and Design. Through her academic and research experiences, she has developed a strong interest in translational neuroscience, regenerative medicine, and the intersection of scientific discovery and patient care.
Her research has focused on peripheral nerve injury and repair, including investigations of blood-based biomarkers of nerve injury and projects aimed at improving the understanding and treatment of brachial plexus injuries. In addition to her scientific work, Rebecca contributes to the design and communication of research through figure creation, visual abstracts, and other scientific illustrations that help translate complex findings for diverse audiences.Rebecca plans to pursue a career as a physician-scientist, continuing to combine research, medicine, and design to advance the understanding and treatment of neurological disorders.
